SALES TAX

All Australian and New Zealand orders have the 10% Goods and Services Tax in included in our price. For international orders, there may be additional charges, depending on specific location. Any additional charges are to be paid by the customer. Just send us an email at hello@maxlinen.com.au to chat about this before purchase.

Lost orders

All order at Max Linen are tracked, we are not held liable for any parcels that are lost due to our shipping couriers. Please send us an email at hello@maxlinen.com.au so we can assist in helping you recover the parcel. 

Pre- orders

All pre-orders are opened on the website when we have notification that the goods are in transit to us, this is usually a 4-8 week timeline. All our pre-orders are paid in full, once the item goes up for pre order there will be an estimated time line, we will notify you by email once a date is confirmed. 

Please do not use the pre-order option if you are not willing to wait 4-8 weeks, we do occasionally have orders held up at our Australian boarders waiting to clear customers, this of course, is completely out of our control.
